CANCELLATION:

Research commence within 24 hours of payment of deposit, which will deem deposits non-refundable. The balance is due upon completion of research and prior to shipment of final product.

 FINAL PRODUCT and SHIPPING:

The balance is due upon completion of research and prior to shipment of final product.    Final product will be shipped via Federal Express or USPS Priority Mail.  Notification and tracking information will be sent via email when product has shipped.
